Matt Coolman is a Senior Solutions Architect of Garrison Solutions. Matt is responsible for the Information Technology (IT), overseeing Garrison's transformation of the software industry by moving software solutions from the traditional client-server model to an online portal Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Matt is also responsible for supporting the Garrison sales team in the design, development, and implementation of customer SaaS portal solutions.
Prior to joining Garrison Solutions in February 2007, Matt was employed with Hyperion Solutions from 1999-2006. He most recently served as a Hyperion senior solutions engineer for both the pre-sales organization and the internal back-office engineer for the worldwide support center serving in all aspects of internal support utilizing Hyperion products.
Before joining Hyperion, Matt was manager of the Global Support organization responsible for delivering enterprise CRM and Telecom reporting requirements and strategy for both internal and external customers for EDS.
Matt received his double degree in mathematics and business administration from the University of Michigan. Matt enjoys fishing (sorry, Garry!) on our many lakes here in Traverse City, also working with youth groups and playing basket ball.
