Jayme Kratky works directly with clients on large and medium scale projects. He manages entire project developments and implementations, providing focused customer support and program analysis. His extensive project management and administration experience is an asset to both Garrison and customer enterprises.
Through excellent facilitation skills, clear communication and strong leadership, Jayme thrives on helping people overcome challenges and ultimately reach a solution. In previous professional roles, he was charged with business development, training and human resource placement and business process management.
Jayme’s innovative thinking and teamwork skills, combined with his ability to take multiple inputs from a variety of sources and combine them into effective and concise documentation, prove highly valuable in communicating change throughout various levels of an organization.
Often found singing and dancing to songs with his son Cole, Jayme enjoys dating his wife regularly and making people laugh. Playing euchre - it’s a Michigan thing - is one of his favorite things to do.
