Rick founded Garrison Solutions in 2000 and leads the team as the company’s CEO and President. He is the creator and resident expert of the Garrison Business Portal. As a pioneer in leveraging technology for business process management, his 25 years of work in the consulting industry has led to dramatic change, improvement and results for his clients. In using state-of-the-art technologies—or creating them when they didn't exist—Rick constantly innovates new ideas to save clients time, reduce their costs, and improve their quality to achieve a competitive advantage.

Rick began his career in the Detroit suburbs in the early 1980’s during the boom years in the US auto industry. He allied himself with middle and upper management to ensure a top-down, bottom-up approach that lives today in Garrison Solutions’ Integrative Strategic Change philosophy.
